KSON Terms and Conditions for Corporate Pantry Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to KSON. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the corporate pantry services ("Services") provided by KSON. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. KSON is a company registered in Lahore, Pakistan, specializing in the bulk supply of groceries, beverages, and office essentials to businesses.

2. Account and Orders

a. Account Creation: To place an order, you may need to create a corporate account with KSON. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

b. Placing an Order: Orders can be placed via our website, email, or a designated account manager.

c. Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by KSON. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

d. Minimum Order Value: KSON may have a minimum order value for delivery services. This will be communicated to you at the time of placing your order.

3. Pricing and Payments

a. Pricing: All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

b. Invoicing: KSON will issue a detailed invoice for each order.

c. Payment Terms: Payment must be made as per the terms agreed upon in your corporate account agreement (e.g., net 7, 15, or 30 days). Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

4. Delivery

a. Delivery Schedule: KSON will provide a delivery schedule based on your location and order frequency.

b. Delivery Address: You must provide a clear and accurate delivery address in Lahore.

c. Delivery Confirmation: A representative from your company must be available at the designated address to receive and inspect the delivery.

d. Delivery Delays: While KSON strives for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control.

5. Product Quality and Returns

a. Quality Assurance: KSON is committed to providing high-quality products. We source our products from trusted suppliers.

b. Product Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery. Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within [e.g., 24 hours] of delivery.
